Due to the custom nature of many products, items may vary slightly in color, placement, or sizing from mockups or images displayed online.

3. Custom Orders

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale.

By submitting an order, you confirm:

  • All spelling, names, numbers, and sizing are correct
  • You have approved any provided proof
  • You understand no refunds or exchanges are issued once production begins

Handmade Mama LLC is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

4. Intellectual Property & Artwork

By submitting logos, artwork, or branded content, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the material, or
  • You have permission to reproduce it

Handmade Mama LLC is not liable for copyright or trademark violations submitted by customers.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates intellectual property laws.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated production times:

  • DTF Transfers: 1–5 business days
  • Pressed Apparel: 5–7 business days
  • Embroidery: 10–14 business days
  • Large or bulk orders may vary

Turnaround time begins after payment is received and proof approval (if applicable).

Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Full payment is required before production begins.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Custom items are final sale unless defective due to our error.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase and only if production has not started.

After this window, materials and labor may already be allocated.
